ABOUT ME

Welcome! I’m Libby and I'm a residential interior designer specializing in new construction homes. Based on individual project goals and budgets, I create unique interiors in a variety of design aesthetics.

In my career in the real estate industry, I’ve designed an array of spaces, including many kitchens and bathrooms, as well as living areas, bedrooms, mudrooms, laundry rooms, and lobbies. I’ve worked on projects in high-end neighborhoods with sellouts well over $1M per unit as well as on projects in emerging markets and rental buildings. I’ve also helped many homeowners to design their dream home and make it a reality.

Prior to founding Sax Design Company, I worked as the Design Lead and Operations Manager at OnPoint Capital, a development and construction firm in Boston. I understand the importance of balancing budget and design objectives and I wholeheartedly believe that a thoughtful and organized design plan helps run an efficient jobsite.

I am a native of Connecticut and currently live in the Upper Valley of Vermont with my husband and two young daughters. I hold a BA in Economics modified with Psychology from Dartmouth College where I was a member of the Varsity Women’s Soccer Team. Still an avid soccer fan, I also enjoy skiing, cycling, and spending time with my family.
