This 12-unit urban condo building embraces an “organic + color” design philosophy, blending warm wood textures with saturated hues and sculptural details. The interiors feel fresh and approachable, with minimalist forms softened by natural finishes and thoughtfully chosen lighting. To differentiate between the 12 units in the building, half feature rich blue base cabinetry while the other half are finished in a deep green. The result is a modern yet grounded space that feels equal parts vibrant and serene.
